Replacing Cacao powder in vegan burgers
The vegan burger company, Vebu, dared to replace cacao powder with Coffee Base in one of their vegan patties. Our option was cheaper and worked just as well as the original recipe.
Cantucci, Grissini and Sourdough Bread
In collaboration with Woods Office x Meyers x Damn Good Coffee Company, the chefs of Woods Office have experienced baking with Coffee Base. They created cantucci, Grissini and sourdough bread.
Madeleinekager, Fromage & Karamelkugler
In collaboration with Lavazza, during the Food Festival, the chef Rebecca Siri Corbo created three recipes containing Coffee Base: MADELEINEKAGER, FROMAGE with RUGBRØD KAFFE CRUMBLE, KARAMELKUGLER with CHOKOLADE, COFFEE BASE and KARL JOHAN mushrooms. The recipes can be found in our blog.
During the festival we have also collected the spent coffee grounds generated at the Lavazza station.
Europa Kaffe & Te x Connecting Grounds
In this partnership, we collect spent coffee grounds from both the Blixens office space & the café downtown.
